Urartu Han

With its name inspired by Urartu and its traditional motifs, Urartu Han brings people together around the cuisine of Van.

Urartu Han opened its doors in 2023, shaped in part by Chef Adem Ergin’s wish to bring the forgotten recipes of Van back to the table.
